We use a 100 liters hot water thermos. It is recommended to wait about 30 minutes after each shower to warm the water that has been consumed.
You can ask permission at the reception desk to use the common showers if needed.
Visits are prohibited without being informed and registered at reception, and a charge may be made if deemed necessary.
Please respect the neighbours. PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED. It is strictly forbidden to do annoying noises, provoke altercations and any other act that will disturbe or trouble other campers. Otherwise you’ll leave and pay for the stay. COMPLETE SILENCE FROM MIDNIGHT UNTIL 7 AM.
Reservations are non-transferable to third party. The same person who makes the reservation will be the only one who can receive the keys to the accommodation and make use of the reservation.
Notify at reception if there is any problem related to hot water or electricity, or any lack of kitchenware or linens, in order to solve it as quickly as possible.
No pets are allowed if pet-friendly accommodation has not been contracted. It is forbidden for them to get on the beds or the couch. Otherwise it can incur an extra charge.
It is specifically forbidden the instalation of any type of electrical appliance, air conditioning, heater or similar.
The stay finalizes at 11 am, regardless of the time of entry. MAKING AN EXTENTION UNTIL 6 pm involves an extra charge of 35€, as long as there is availability.
Ask at reception.
There isn’t a cleaning service during the stay. The bungalow must be left as clean and tidy as it was delivered (all kitchen utensils clean and the garbage in outdoor containers).
Otherwise, a cleaning charge will be deducted from the deposit.
From 12 pm until 7 am it is forbidden the circulation of vehicles inside the campsite.
If you arrive after 12 pm, you’ll have to leave your vehicle outside the establishment and walk quietly to the bungalow.
Linens are exclusively for the beds of the accommodation.
Towels are exclusively for the shower (it is not allowed to take them out of the bugalow, nor for the river or pool).
If they’re left in poor condition, it will be deducted from the deposit.
Due to the organizational reasons we cannot guarantee the occupation of a specific accommodation. We do our best to satisfy the requests of our clients as much as possible, but without fully guaranteeing it (as for example, requesting several adjoining accommodations).
Upon arrival at the establishment, the payment of a deposit of 100€ may be requiered apart from the payment of the total stay in the accommodation. Deposit will be returned in full at the end of the stay after checking that it is left in the same conditions as on arrival and having complied with the rules.
It is forbidden to smoke inside the accommodation and throw cigarette butts on the floor.
